Please note that all sales are final. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review it and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Tracking Numbers:
Please allow 1–14 business days to receive your tracking number. Each order is individually crafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility.

  1. Delivery Times:
    Estimated delivery for shorts and jogger sets is 1–4 weeks (business days).
    Many items are made to order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  2. Payment Processing:
    Orders are not considered complete until payment is fully processed through PayPal or Stripe.
    Stripe payments may take 5–7 business days to clear.

  3. Custom & Hand-Sewn Items:
    Custom or hand-sewn pieces may require additional processing time.
    Please note that some items in your order may ship separately depending on availability and customization.
